If you are a patient with a query about your appointment or treatment, please
telephone and ask to speak to your Consultant's Personal Assistant/Secretary.
If you have a question about a non-clinical matter, please ask for the Practice
Manager. Queries about accounts should be directed to the Accounts Manager.
